Aine has been supporting a pain management programme for the last 3 years that I run on behalf of Verve and the Healthy Living Alliance. Aine has been providing the participants, who are having to manage chronic or persistent pain on a daily basis, with invaluable nutritional information, in particular around food and mood and how different types of food can either be beneficial or detrimental to their pain. Head Injury Support, Newry - 6 week Wellbeing and Cookery Programme
Aine facilitated a 6 week programme for our clients. The sessions were specifically designed around the needs of our clients and incorporated not only quality nutritional ingredients but recipes that were easy to follow and were cost effective. The clients absolutely loved the engagement and learning from Aine and were so responsive to all the sessions and all the recipes. The sessions brought about a sense of camaraderie within the hostel and helped those clients who struggle with expression to really come out of themselves. There was an instant mood boost and all round sense of belonging in the kitchen when Aine was delivering the sessions. Breathwork for Resilience Programme
I absolutely loved the 4 week’s programme with Aine, I felt so at ease with her. During today’s class, I felt like I was floating on a wave and found it so much easier to be with my emotions and feelings without them overwhelming me. Each week, I am finding it much easier to sit with my feelings and breathe into them to allow them to pass without making me feel anxious. I will be using these techniques with my kids also as they struggle with anxiety daily. Thank you Aine for a great 4 weeks.
Flow & Breathe Retreat Participant
This breathwork retreat was in the most beautiful setting. Aine is a very lovely and experienced Practitioner who made everyone at ease. An explanation was provided followed by guided breathwork. The experience was intense, emotional but left me feeling lighter and more connected to myself. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to attend to their physical and emotional health.

From the first phone call, Aine could not have been more helpful, offering advice and guidance how best to deliver the session. We have several locations and we wanted to give all staff the opportunity to take part. Aine was happy to accommodate the blended delivery and we were able to have staff face to face and online sessions. Some feedback from our staff included: “It was such a lovely way to start a week.” “I could feel the stress slip out of me”. “You come in on a Monday morning with thoughts of what the week will hold, taking time to breath relaxes and focused me for the day/week ahead. Resilience Breathwork 1-Day Retreat
I absolutely loved the full day retreat that included breathwork, yoga and guided meditation. It was such a beautiful setting and I felt so relaxed and calm during the day. The lunch and snacks provided were delicious and it was really lovely spending the day with so many like-minded people. Thank you Aine, I can't wait for the next event
