Welcome 

Hi, I’m Áine, a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Chef, Transformational Coach and internationally certified Breathwork group leader.  My passion is to help you to feel healthier and happier in your day to day life.  Using a combination of nutrition & lifestyle medicine, health and behaviour coaching and breathwork, I can help you to thrive by supporting your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing while taking small, manageable steps that won't overwhelm you.

You may have spent years feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and feeling like your eating and health habits are completely out of control?  Perhaps you find yourself starting a new routine, only to fall back on old destructive habits and then beat yourself up about it for days or perhaps you have just given up trying to make changes?  Old habits and patterns can leave us feeling stuck in our lives in many areas, whether it is related to food, exercise, relationships or even our own self-care.  I can help you to identify and understand these self-sabotaging patterns that keep you feeling stuck.  This understanding makes it so much easier to implement new behaviours that benefit you more positively in your life. 

If you feel ready to make some changes, let me show you how it's possible to eat great food, increase your energy levels, reduce feelings of stress or overwhelm, enjoy better sleep or just get your motivation back for life.  I can work with you to help you reset your mindset around food and health - this is called the personalised health approach.  My approach is to help you nourish all aspects of your wellbeing.  I believe a combination of physical, mental and emotional and spiritual nourishment is what enables us to feel healthier and happier in our day-to-day lives.

Aine facilitated several 6-week programmes for our clients. The clients absolutely loved the engagement and learning from Aine and were so responsive to all the sessions and the recipes.
