How can Breathwork help you?
Many of my clients tell me that breathwork has helped them to feel calmer, more focused and happier in their everyday lives. Some of my clients who are new to breathwork have benefited from using simple breathing exercises that have helped improve digestive symptoms, aches and pains, lowering of blood pressure and reduction in eczema & psoriasis flare-ups. A regular breathwork routine helps to circulate lymph fluid and clear waste from the body. It also helps to influence the Vagus nerve and helps to regulate heart rate, digestion, and the stress response. Certain breathing patterns can shift your body toward a calmer, “rest-and-digest” state. When we correct a breathing pattern, we see an improvement in many physical symptoms overall.
Learning to sit, quietly with ourselves and focusing on the inhale and exhale is sometimes not easy for many people, it can even be a bit of a challenge. That is why I work at your pace and my sessions are about you, not what I want to happen as your facilitator. Bringing some stillness to your world and by focusing on just your breath can be all that is needed for some people to begin with. Each session with a client is completely different. However, every session is 100% about what you need at that time. My role is create a safe and relaxed space where you feel completely at ease to connect with your breath. A little bit about Me and Breathwork
I am hugely passionate about breathwork as I have personally experienced the power of it in transforming my own life. After my first session, I was blown away by the experience. I wasn't sure what had happened but I instinctively knew something amazing had happened. After a 6-day retreat of breathing twice a day in Northern Ireland, I just knew I had to share the magic of Transformational Breath® to others. I was adamant that I wanted to train with a highly reputable worldwide breathwork school and that was when I decided to train as a facilitator very soon after. The training in this modality is incredibly intensive for a reason and that is to ensure facilitators can hold space for others in a safe and ethical manner. It took over 12 months to certify as a 1-to-1 facilitator initially, having trained in the UK and, then, further training as a Group Leader in Italy to lead breathwork groups, spending hundreds and hundreds of hours training (over 650 hours) and taking over 50 individual client case studies to ensure I met rigorous standards before I received my certification.

What to expect before your session
I take the time to explain to you what to expect during the process, check medical contraindications, take a health history and treat every one of my clients as an individual - no two sessions are ever the same for anyone and every person moves at a different rate in breathwork. I am fully insured in UK and Republic of Ireland and hold an up to date first aid training certification. All 1-to-1 clients and group participants are required to sign a waiver before we proceed. This ensures a safe and ethical environment for you during your session. You will receive a very warm welcome to your session or one of my events, whether you are an experienced breather or new to the beautiful world of breathwork.
I am a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader and and a member of the International Breathwork Foundation. I offer regular group workshops and 1-to-1 individual sessions for adults and children. The cost of your first 1-to-1 session is £85 for a 90 minute session and £75 for a follow-up session. What is Transformational Breath®?
This conscious connected breathwork technique is a gentle, simple breathing technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. Your breathing pattern is a reflection of how your live your life and when I do a breathing analysis, clients are always amazed at by how much I can tell them about themselves, just by looking at how they breathe.
Transformational Breath® was developed by Dr Judith Kravitz over 50 years ago. Incorporating her knowledge of conscious breathing techniques and various other healing and spiritual principles, Transformational Breath® is a highly efficient and effective technique that has been used and found beneficial by many thousands of people world-wide since the early 1970's.
Transformational Breath® is taught as a powerful self help tool, by fully trained facilitators, following intensive in-person training, whose intention it is to give each person an understanding of how they can work with their own breath on an ongoing basis, to create personal transformation in many areas of their life. It can be used to great effect either on its own, or in combination with other types of therapy/treatment. It is very effective for physical symptoms of digestive issues, aches and pains, sleep disruption, concentration and focus, anxiety and respiratory symptoms, to name a few. When we breathe correctly, this benefits every single cell in our body.
No experience is necessary and sessions are open to new and experienced breathers. Children and those under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at their session.
