Wellbeing Programmes
I currently offer a choice of three different options depending on the level of support required. This can vary from contact weekly, fortnightly or every 3 weeks (prices start from £395).

Vitality
The most comprehensive programme I offer. This programme offers a very high level of support and would be suitable for those who are time restricted or have more complex health needs. Regular contact makes this my most flexible and comprehensive programme that I offer. Perfect for people who need regular sessions, more structured support and additional coaching to stay on track to hit your health goals. The Vitality Plan includes 10 x 1-to-1 sessions and this plan is a combination of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, health & behaviour coaching and breathwork.

Revitalise
This is the middle programme and offers fortnightly contact and is ideal for those that require less regular contact to stay on track than my Vitality plan. Duration is normally between 12 - 16 weeks (6 x 1-to-1 sessions ). I will support you throughout your plan, helping you to reach your own personal health goals, This plan is a combination of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, health & behaviour coaching and breathwork.

Kick-Starter
The Kick-Starter is ideal for those people who are more self-motivated and require less direct support to stay on track. It would also suit people who want to make simple changes to their diet and lifestyle. Duration is a minimum of 10 weeks (3 x 1-to-1 sessions). This plan is a combination of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, health & behaviour coaching and breathwork.
