Hi, I’m Áine, a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Chef and internationally certified Breathwork facilitator and group leader. My passion is to help you to feel healthier and happier in your day to day life. Using a combination of nutrition & lifestyle medicine, health and behaviour coaching and breathwork, I help you to thrive by supporting your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and taking small, manageable steps that won't overwhelm you.
